CANCELLATION POLICY


  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the lead traveller or authorised booking contact.
  • Cancellation charges will depend on the cancellation date and the terms applicable to the hotel, attractions, transportation and other services booked by Navita Tours & Travel.
  • Non-refundable hotel bookings, attraction tickets, visa processing charges and other non-refundable services may be charged in full.
  • Cancellations made close to the travel date may attract substantial charges or up to 100% cancellation fees, depending on the applicable booking terms.
  • No-show, unused services, missed transfers and early departure are generally non-refundable.
  • Any refund, if applicable, will be calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges, non-refundable amounts and administrative charges.

REFUND POLICY


  • Refunds are subject to the eligibility and terms applicable to the services booked by Navita Tours & Travel.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
  • Processing time depends on the service provider, payment provider and banking system.
  • Visa fees, issued attraction tickets, non-refundable reservations and services already used are generally not refundable.
  • Delays or refusals in visa processing do not automatically qualify for a full package refund.
